  • I went to this location to pick out a bag for my birthday and the store had a great selection of nice bags, but the customer service is lacking. There were 5 or 6 employees standing around and chit chatting but during the 20 minutes that I was there, no one came to greet us or inform us of the sale of the day. I had to ask an employee for the discount sheet that they were giving to some other people. When I checked out, I didn't even get a dust bag for my tote, which they usually provide. I've been to this location before and haven't had any issues with the customer service, but this visit was dissappointing. Love my purchase but the experience was sub par.
