  • BEWARE!!! This timeshare agent, DAWN RODRIGUEZ, is the most unprofessional and rudest sales agent that I have ever met in my whole life. During the presentation, she wasn't good anyway - she would laugh for no reason, showed us photos of herself, her boyfriend and her mom vacationing in Spain. This is so irrelevant to the tour especially if you have shown us and told us about your tour in Spain multiple times. Let's be ethical and straight to the point so we can finish this 120-minute presentation!!! Towards the end, she and this staff manager, JJ, were trying to get us to purchase a timeshare. But my BF and I told them that due to us vacationing to Philippines this Summer, money-wise, we may have to think about it first. Of course, they're still doing their best effort to keep us, yet we said no. The moment I said that I will have to ask some advice from a friend of mine who is also an agent (but she doesn't sell timeshares in Tahiti), she suddenly changed her mood, said a lot of things and said buh-bye! They stood up and left us hanging. Came along a differnt guy, an older man who asked to give a survery and presented us their 2-year plan. We were interested on the 2 years. We were almost getting this deal. In the middle of our presentation, we were stopped to be told that Dawn said we will be escorted to the gifting area right away. The other agent was shocked and he apologized that he can't continue his presentation anymore. We feel like we are bums to be sent out "just like that!" Are you serious??? What if I am interested at that point to buy a timeshare from Tahiti Village but only to be given that kind of attitude from Dawn Rodriguez. Guess what??? We'd rather spend another 120 minute tour to a different agent who treats her customers right.
