  • I've never been blatantly invisible in my life I went in they asked what I needed I told them, I signed in, picked my color sat down to wait, customers left, others came in, about 5 people including myself now waiting, they called back two girls who came in AFTER me to sit down (they were getting pedis so I didn't sweat it I assumed the only available technicians were ones you strictly did pedis) but then one of the technicians comes to a lady next to me and asks what she needs and starts to look around to get her serviced so then I'm like what the hell I've been waiting, so I get up to ask how long it'll be and she looks around all stupid and says "oh idk were pretty busy right now, can you come back" so I went off because the guy who greeted me and asked me what I needed when I walked in COULD HAVE FUCKING TOLD ME THAT WHEN I WALKED IN not wait till I've sat down and wasted my time waiting for service I wasn't going to get there, they all seemed bougie and too good and I felt like I wasn't worth their service or attention and I won't recommend or go back her ever ever again. Crappy communication and crappy service.
