  • I've been there twice on two different occasions shopping for a car and I must say that they are awful. Very high pressure, rude, and did not want to listen to me. They wanted all my contact information including full address, etc. BEFORE even showing me any cars! I told them I did not want to pay more than a few thousand dollars on top of trading in my car - so that I could pay cash and not have a car payment (since I am already making payments on my other car). They kept asking how much payment can I afford, how many years, etc. I kept saying no payments and no financing, but they were very rude and implied that I couldn't buy a car there unless I financed it. They also kept trying to slam me into any car on the lot and did not seem concerned about finding me a car that I would want. I do not want to deal with such a rude and uncaring dealership. You will want to stay away from Van Chevrolet too.
