  • We stayed there for a year. We didn't have too much stuff, and we cleaned our apt before we moved out, they still charged us $355 from deposit. That's ridiculous ! It includes full painting and clean. That's definitely their own cost if they want to rent the apt to next tenant and make the apt looks like new one. We have already cleaned it thoroughly. Also, the month before you leave, the office won't give a sh** about any problem you have in your apt. I reported our smoke alarm was making noise for 4 times. They didn't send anyone to our apt. And...make sure to keep every receipt you got from them. They charge us $50 for extra key deposit but they said they don't have any record when we moved out and refuse to return the money. Don't choose the apt facing road side. You won't sleep well. The show you the room with windows closed and AC ON , so you won't notice!!!!
