  • Monta Ramen can kiss Ramen Sora's delicious booty! I was thrilled to find out that Vegas' China Town has PLENTY of other great ramen spots besides the super popular (and yucky) Monta Ramen. When I was here I ordered myself a bowl of the Corn & Butter Ramen with a side order of spice (which basically means a heaping scoop of spicy meat, yes, meat!). I'm glad I decided to come here for a random late lunch because I can tell this place also gets packed. Especially since their food is ON POINT. -Ramen noodles are THICK baby and cooked perfectly. -Broth is BOMB. Not too salty and temperature is HOT, not lukewarm like what we experienced over at Monta Ramen. -Soft boiled egg also delicious. -Any bowl of ramen with corn automatically gets bonus points from me.
