  • came here for a concert--madeon, a young french dj who is a musical genius (and quite sharp in his blazers too!). the sound quality was good, lots of heavy bass. coat check was a+ in terms of efficiency but $9! jesus. unfortunately the shape of the venue is long and skinny, which isn't the greatest when you're trying to see a performer. at the back of the venue, there are a few leathery seats and coffee tables, which made for a good spot to catch your breath--but there was a pillar right in front of one of the seat arrangements, blocking the view of the stage. so overall, the layout of the place isn't spectacular for seeing performances. I can't speak to its clubbing cred. that said, the bathroom is stocked with assorted candy galore and condoms, a nice touch.
