  • The system will not allow me to give this business a ZERO, so they get a charitable single star. I can forgive the broken buttons on my collars and cuffs. What I have a hard time forgiving is when I pick up a $200.00 dress shirt that I wore once and it has a big stain on the front that was not there when I dropped it off the previous day. To make matters worse, it took 3 weeks for the manager to contact me (she kept saying I need to speak to the owner who is infrequently here) just to tell me that they do not take responsibility for the stain and can only offer me $20.00 credit. CREDIT??? Why would I want credit at an establishment that I have no intent to do business with ever again? The shirt still had the little yellow tag on the button on the front of the shirt showing that I never wore it before bringing it back to show them the stain. WAY TO STAND BY YOUR WORK PRODUCT. I plan to tell the WORLD about this experience as a warning to steer clear of this establishment.
