  • After touring many of the luxurious homes (on the website) and speaking with the staff, making a decision to choose Sunbelt Vacations was easy. Our family enjoyed how close it was to all the Scottsdale amenities and the pools. Sunbelt seems to cater to anyone traveling from out of town in a larger group. And my wife's family enjoyed the extra room . Compared to a Hotel, vacation rentals are actual houses with kitchens and multiple bedrooms and bathrooms ( I didn't know that before). This makes staying at a vacation rental a preferred option , for larger groups, over a cramped hotel. The houses are really nice . I recommend it to anyway headed to phoenix. My wife's mother and her family really enjoyed their stay in Phoenix.
