  • This is good chinese food if you're from OTTUMWA, Iowa But im from around Chicago, and i can tell you with that the mandarin cuisine here is is not good. Borderline not edible. Im a restaurant owner and would hate to call anyone's food that, but it is what it is. The prices are reasonbale especially for a casino floor location, but food is bad.
