  • Ok. So I've read the reviews .. good and bad. It's a bit long but stick with me lol Let me start by saying I've had a few experiences. With sales, financing, service and the collision center. However, before i begin .. There is one sales woman working in the used car dept. that I must commend. Roxy Roxy Roxy. She is a spitfire! Never have I worked with a sales person that listens and works to get what you want. Her Manager was Dan. Again, a good guy We worked out a deal and I was out of there in less than three hours ( this includes financing). Purchased a 2012 Chevy Malibu with low miles. Test drove a different model and really liked the moon roof. Dan had it approved for mine at no extra charge. Next day upon pick up Roxy pointed out a dent in the fender. Something happened during its detail. I was immediately booked to have the moonroof installed by John Slank from service ( took one day) Then taken to the collision center. They've a method of fixing without having to repaint, etc. depending on its size. I was given a loaner for the duration. I had an uphill battle with other dealers. It was getting ridiculous with the other places I'd been to. Either my credit was too low, not enough down, etc. some dealers would keep you waiting for hours only to tell you they couldn't do anything. Must note it was not the first time I'd been to Van. Few months earlier upon a neighbors recommendation, I went to see his salesman Darwin. Unprofessional to say the least. Everything you've imagined about a sleazy salesman. He fits the bill. Because I wouldn't answer his incessant calls .. This guy would call me from pay phones .. pay phones! He had no issue saying as such. He'd also do these calls the moment I left my apt. Turns out my neighbor was tipping him off! He wanted that referral fee for bringing Darwin a sale. I should have went to his higher ups but didn't. He had left by the time I returned. But.. now he's back. Be warned .. steer clear of this guy. To sum up. I had a great experience.
