  • I usually shop around for a different stylist through Groupon with pretty good success. This time I found max. Nice enough person, communicates about appt etc but the hair process was a fiasco.. Was extremely rough on my hair, yanking my head around and hurting me. When it came to washing hair , i didnt receive a scalp massage at all. Then came the brush out part, he used a 99c store detangler, pulling my head once more. The roots turned blonde, the rest was orange. No toner, very rushed job and i ended up w orange hair that felt damaged and a bruised neck from the shampoo chair.
