  • Woke up to a 90 degree house, the air conditioning had stopped working through the night. Red Mountain set an appointment right when I called. The other company I contacted had to call me back with a time. When the service tech arrived he took no time in diagnosing the problem, telling me the exact cost and it was up and running in no time. He was polite and checked the whole unit over for me. I would recommend this company to anyone. I was very pleased. UPDATE: Repair didn't even last 90 days and they would not come back out unless I paid another service call fee.
