Brazilian Steakhouses are some of my favorite places to eat. What is not to like about all you can eat meat. Well, there were a few things I was unhappy about while going to Amor de Brazil. The service was very nice and pleasant. They continued to fill my water up and brought more fresh banana's when mine were getting a little cold. The restaurant was clean and nice.
Of the many different Brazilian steakhouses I have been to though, I was really disappointed in the meat selection and more importantly, the speed at which they brought out the meats. There were sometimes a good 5-10 minutes in between meat runs. There were not many people in the restaurant, but 5-10 minutes between new meats was not okay.
The flavor of the meats were very bland, I found myself adding lots of salt to all of them. The meat was also fairly tough, especially the smaller portions. I kept asking for medium rare, but all they seemed to ever bring out was well to well-done. Very frustrating!
