  • WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR NAKED in a paper gown and paper sheet for an annual exam. They open late and close early, keep you waiting, charge more, and don't tell you your results. They apparently automatically do certain testing if you are over a certain age. It costs more, and they never informed about the extra testing till it came time to PAY. Been waiting TWO WEEKS now with no letter like they said. Who wants to walk around for two weeks wondering about their tests? I was able to leave work early and went down their before 5:00 but they were closed already. They are supposed to be empowering women, but I was inconvenienced, marginalized, taken advantage of financially, and forgotten. PP YOU ARE NOT EMPOWERING ANYONE BUT YOUR OWN POCKETS. I will never go here again; for comparable pricing, Green Valley OBGYN, offers real doctors, and they wouldn't make anyone wait an hour in a paper gown. UNFORGIVABLE AND HUMILIATING.
