I was going to use 1 Stop for a DMV related issue because they are close to my home. I called and tried to ask a quick generic question anyone answering the phone should be able to answer. I was quickly cut off and transferred. I was on hold for 9 minutes when someone picked up and quickly said "sorry picked up the wrong line". Back on hold 6 minutes. I hung up and will never go there. Terrible customer service. Whoever owns this, your staff is just throwing money out the window.
