  • The service was good, easy to book appts, and I got my dental work all in in a timely way and I quite liked Dr. Yeow. Unfortunately, however, they miscalculated my benefits assuring me that I wouldn't go over. But, I ended having to pay out of pocket (and I have really good benefits) for stuff that would otherwise be covered had I waited until my benefits rolled over again next year. Maybe this is the consequence of cramming so much work into a short period of time (not all of it urgent), but I recommend keeping an eye on your coverage yourself if you chose Bite.
