  • We never had a pool before and felt this company was really professional and would treat us well..unfortunately, like most pool companies from what I've heard, start out decent and then start to slack on their responsibilities and do less and less over time..This company is no different..They started out fine and a month later, the regular maintenance was down to 5 min. 100 dollars a month for 5 min per week? And 65 dollars extra to clean the filters? Do the math on that..We had them redo the cool deck and placed holes for umbrellas..we placed umbrellas in the holes with a silicone sleeve and the cool decking started chipping and cracking around the holes drilled out..they guaranteed the work and would fix them but, are known not to show up on scheduled dates and times..and still have yet to fix them..stay away and start doing the work yourself..like the saying goes if you want something done right..do it yourself..go on you tube and learn..
