  • Our first round trip went well, as anticipated. On time pickup at armory & early delivery to O'Hare terminal 2. The return bus was a few minutes late to Northbrook Court. Totally understand there can be unforeseen traffic delays, a phone number or website to check our bus's whereabouts would ease the uncertainty. Or an app (like uber) that shows your bus on a map would be great. Spotty wifi on first leg, no wifi on return. Would love a strong wifi signal - thank u
