rev:text	Southwest Dental Group in Phoenix, (Ahwatukee) May 2010. Absolutely the worst dental experience of my life! He had completely rude bedside manners and was totally dismissive of the pain he was inflicting on me. His injection was so fast and clumsy that it hurt worse than any I have ever had, and my ear was numb until 8:30 that night. It would be impossible for him not to know how bad it hurt but he didn't give a wit. When he used the drill it hurt so bad that I was jumping all over and his only reaction was; "you are going to have to hold still". I asked why he was using so much pressure and going so fast he said, "that's just the way it is done", with his hands in the air like I was wrong for asking. "Do you want me to give you another shot?" No way would I let this brutal loony touch me again with a needle! I was ready to go to war before I let this wacko touch me again but the staff let another dentist seat the crown when the time came. Never again!! May 2013 Go ahead and tell me I told you so! This crown on tooth #18 (last one bottom left) was such a crude and sloppy job it leaked and started to decay under the crown immediately and three years later, when discovered, was too late to save it. So it had to be pulled and prepped for an implant if I want to later on. Can you imagine what this cost? I have the tooth and crown. You would not believe it if you saw it. What can I say but, BEWARE, and read all the reviews on SWD Group! This is not the only horror story. My other review is at the Rural Rd office.
