  • Incompetent, unsympathetic staff. Clinic overbooks patients and most- though not all -of the staff could care less about you, your situation, and your questions/concerns. Nobody really cares to try and put your mind at ease- I've had a much better experience at a Planned Parenthood in a different state, so I cannot say that all locations are like this one. All in all has been a negative experience upon every visit
