  • RUN!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS "company"!!!!!!!! Also known as Ambetter Health Care / Health Net This is by far the WORST insurance company I have EVER been stuck with. I cancelled my insurance out of sheer frustration & I don't care if I am un-inured , it is far better for my sanity than to have to ever deal with these people again. NO ONE knows what they are doing, each time I call to resolve a matter I get a different answer & am told to follow up in 2 weeks. Each time I follow up I am told no one submitted that- we need to do it again. This happened three times over three months! . Basically they are lying to you on the phone because no one knows how to do their job correctly. They are fine taking your money & nothing else. STAY AWAY!!
