  • Came here two weeks ago for a refill. Maya did a nice design on my nails and I was really happy with the results and quality of the nails. I decided to book another appointment for today. I was 20 mins late to my appointment which I know is bad but there was traffic. The receptionist called me to confirm I was coming and I let her know I was gunning it through traffic to get there. She asked me to come within 15 mins and I said I would try. When I got there 15 mins later she let me know my appointment had been cancelled and there was a $20 cancellation fee. I was shook. I didn't cancel, I was there within 15 mins (she didn't speak to me until 5 mins after I got there). So I was appalled at the fee. Been doing my nails every 2 weeks for 3 years and have never paid a cancellation fee for being 15 mins late. Had she told me on the phone, I would not have booked. I asked her if she could look past it this one time because I made it very close and she flat out refused offering no remedy. Even though Maya was good, I will not go back there in principle alone. Their services are pricey enough, these hidden fees are not worth paying.
