  • This place is so disappointing. Not at all what it used to be. Had to switch rooms, got an all inclusive package yet this "resort" has put all of these rules on which restaurants you can and can't use. The pools don't allow you to bring in water. It's like one thing after another. I'm sick of calling the front desk where they answer "how can i make it better ". How about being up front about all of the hidden fees and rules that we will be subjected to?! Won't be coming back. Such a shame, this used to be our favorite place.
