  • Dream Design installed engineered flooring in our house a few months ago and we have had on going problems ever since. Lifting boards; boards pulling away from the baseboards; boards installed that were too short and didn't go under the baseboard; several boards that actually move side to side when you step on them; popping noises; caulking peeling up; it just goes on and on. After several texts and phone calls, we actually got Albert to send someone out to make repairs, but now one of the repairs needs to be repaired, and we keep noticing new developing problems. I don't know how they got other good reviews because our experience with them has been awful and we think we have to tear the whole thing up and start over. Its more than just a big headache because our elderly parents in the 80's live in the house and its very very difficult for them. Learn from our mistake.....DON'T HIRE DREAM DESIGN!
