  • All I have to say is worst experience ever at the location in Williamsfield Road and Val Vista in Gilbert, AZ. My next step is a YELP review as my concerns seem to get me nowhere. This was my wife and I first time to the location. I was excited as I love the coffee and bagels. However, we walked in at almost noon, it was empty (which was nice we could actually talk to each other), however when we got to the counter to order, our experience went downhill. The young girl behind the counter, had two massive hickies on her neck, very visible and not appropriate. She hasn't even trying to cover them. We ordered our food, the sandwich was amazing, so was our coffee (although my wife's was wrong). However we ordered a bagel (jalepano cheese) and shmear. We received a dry bagel, I asked about the shmear the hickey girl said it was $2.00! For a side of cream cheese!!! Are you kidding me!!!! She charged me more for it than the bagel! I was livid. She didn't seem to care and walked away. No one else was available to help, although there were people there, she was the only one to take orders (inside). I'm disappointed and will not be back...
