  • Our pictures always turn out adorably otherwise I would give this place a 1 star. Our appointment was for 5:40 PM and they didn't take our pictures until 8:15!! We didn't leave until 9:25. It was awful. Not to mention one of the ladies working checked me in and when I asked her an hour later how many people were ahead of me she answered 6.. however I asked another lady an hour and a half later where I was at in line and she said I wasn't checked it!! So 2families with appointments after me went before us. I left wanting to cry because of the ordeal. At least throw me a free sheet for my inconvenience. I heard them say they booked 58 appointments for 2 day! That's way too much!
