  • I take Uber a lot. The drivers can be hit or miss. But usually better then a cab or at least the same experience. My problem is with the uber's GPS system and the drivers lack of knowledge on the city. They can manage to pick my wife up every day from our home within 2minutes but I own a business directly across the street from my home and every single time I try to call one it takes 20 minutes if showing at all. It seems the uber system says my business location is around 3 kilometers east . Which causes problems every time. I've emailed and I have to call the driver every time which frusterats them and ends up angering me ....before my night has even began. Tonight I had to write something...it was my anniversary and we were stuck in the rain ,cold,wet , and lost our reservations. ...to say the lest I'm not a happy camper
