  • This franchise must be under new ownership. The pizza was horrible and the service from owner, Russell, was even worse. Pizza was delivered without the ordered root beer and pepsi. The pizza was delivered cold and terribly uncooked.The owner was rude and disrespectful I asked for a corporate contact phone number or email and was told to "Go figure it out yourself." Then Russell hung up on me! I will NEVER order from Hungry Howie's again.
