  • Our experience with One Day Door and Closet (Phoenix) was exceptional! We had a 10x10 room that we were looking to convert into a master closet. The room needed to be demolished, lay new flooring, and wall in an exterior door opening. Matt was able to take accurate measurements and provide a working model before our room project began. He provided a 3-D model on his computer and was able to customize nearly every inch of the closet to our liking. We took bids from two other companies. A large "big box store" was actually the highest by over a thousand dollars and a "mom and pop" local closet company was less by about $1,500. We still went with Matt at One Day Door and Closets because of several reasons. 1) He was attentive and professional, as well as he took a vested interest in the product and service. 2) the 3-D model provides accurate measurements and you get a real feel of what the room will feel like (the competitors had to hand draw each wall on a piece of paper). 3) Matt was able to provide corner units (rounded corner rods). This is rare as well and provides a continuous look in each corner and maximizes space. 4)when asked "roughly, how much hanging space will we have?" Matt looked at the top of his screen and was able to quickly say "28.6 feet." I loved the accuracy. The other companies responded with "well..about... this much." The date was set for about a month after confirming product layout and initial payment of 25%. The date was accurate and his crew arrived promptly at 8 a.m. By 3pm they left. No mess, no fuss. Overall, we are thrilled with the product and service of One Day Door and Closets. Yes we paid more, but we honestly feel like we received more product and service as well.
