  • We recently purchased a used Highlander from AutoNation Toyota, and after driving it home, realized it wasn't the one we wanted, so took it back the next morning and "traded" it for the one we did want. They could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. They kept telling us they wanted us to be happy, and they kept apologizing for how long it took to complete the transaction. It wasn't that long, and we were happy! Additionally, our sales person, Dale, kept us entertained by performing magic trick after trick!! That was fun and a uniique experience. Thank you AutoNation, and we will be back (but not to trade in the latest car!!).
