  • DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR. These folks are very unethical. They offered a coupon through a Boy Scouts Fund raiser to get an oil change for $19.95. When they charged my card for the oil change they charged me an additional $3 shop fee. That would be like a restaurant having a fee to clean your dishes. When I questioned them about it, the manager Theresa replied, "It like sales tax, you should always know there is a shop fee". Needless to say, she would not refund the $3. If they can sleep well at night over deceiving their customers for $3, think about how well they sleep when they take advantage of a customer over a much more expensive repair. They are obviously in desperate need of money. It is sort of ironic that I received this coupon through the boy scouts - don't you think?
