  • I was with Farmers for 10 years and started having issues with their service and pricing. I shopped quite a bit at all of the "popular" companies, and State Farm's rates were the best. But the rates alone didn't sell me. Brianna did! She was friendly, responsive, knowledgable and friendly. She was willing to work in person, over the phone, and in my case over email. She is fantastic! She made what could have been a tricky transition from a long time loyal custom, VERY smooth and easy. Thanks Brianna! Looking forward to many years working together!
