  • Money, money, money, money, honey. Miss your annual physical (REQUIRED) and no more prescription refills. Recently got a letter saying there would be some kind of junk fee just for the privilege of coming to Ocotillo Internal Medicine. Like you people don't charge enough. The denial of a needed medication tonight put me over the edge. Yes, I missed my annual, yes I was in PA helping taking care of my 90 year old mother, yes I ran out while there for three weeks. Are you people NUTS! Don't you have the common courtesy to make one darn phone call to see what the issue was prior to telling the pharmacist DENIED with no reason. And, no I don't waste time on here writing negative reviews. In fact this is the first negative review I've written, but when you mess with people's prescriptions you ARE playing GOD and you're not.
