  • I went here for a massage coupon purchased on Groupon and the service was good. Then I saw the special they run for the hair cut w/conditioning treatment and since I needed one I made an appt. Was specific that I had just gotten a new style and wanted to make sure they could replicate it (which is the current hairstyle I've seen EVERYWHERE!). Well, the girl did a terrible TERRIBLE job. When she was done I said it wasn't what I wanted and she said that NEXT TIME she could correct it...NEXT TIME??? I mentioned it to the manager and she said she'd check into it. The next day I called back and was invited in for another stylist to try to correct the bad cut & she did an ok job but it still was way out of wack. I called back 2 days later just to let them know how unhappy I was & talked to the manager who said she would definitely check into it with the stylists and management and would get back to me...it's now a month later...never heard another word! So, I paid $99 for a bad hair cut (and no conditioning to speak of!) and then another $65 to have my stylist try to repair it when I got back home...just buyer beware! I did go to this salon after reading the reviews on this website and since they're all very positive just wanted to put a touch of my reality in.
