  • I wish I could give zero stars. I had a defective dishwasher and they had to come out 5 times over 8 weeks to finally get it right. Dealing with this company has been like a migraine headache that hasn't gone away for a years. First, the lady receptionist is absolutely awful. She's has a bad attitude and is extremely rude on the phone. She told me on several occasions that she would call me back later in the day but never did. Then she blamed her tech for not calling me back or she blamed my home warranty company for not calling me back when she said she personally would. They took zero ownership and made it seem like I was being difficult. The tech was really nice and tried to help but I don't think he knew what he was talking about. The things he did didn't help. I kept calling them to try to reschedule them to come back out and it became a pain for them. They didn't care about me as their customer. I would highly recommend going with a different company, these guys are not customer focused.
