This property is so far below other Residence Inn's I've stayed at, I wonder how Marriott is allowing them to keep the franchise tag. It's dirty and worn. The kitchen was particularly disgusting, and though the appliances were stainless, they were not maintained and carried the fingerprints and smudges of countless prior guests. All units are accessed from the exterior, in separate buildings, and I did not feel safe. The unit next to us was having a very loud party, with folks coming and going constantly and trash everywhere on the steps and at our door. There was no apparent security on site.
Breakfast was okay, but it's an outdoor hike to the main lobby. The fitted sheets were worn out and did not stay on the beds. Housekeeping came so early, and before we had used anything that we ran out of towels and amenities and made due with what we originally had upon check in for our two night stay.
I'm Platinum with Marriott, so I know the brand. This one is not up to standard.
