  • I was here last night returning items and I had my receipt and the store manager, Mark Hood was being extremely aggressive and rude. I explained that the debit card I used had been cancelled by the bank but my replacement should work since it was the same account. He argued and argued telling me it wouldn't work and I asked him to try anyways and he rolled his eyes and tried. sure enough it worked! I was going to totally shop after my return but was so disgusted with the treatment I had to leave. Such a prick! I more than likely will do my shopping at another location or online. Sucks because their store has a lot of inventory others don't, but I refuse to let some man be an asshole to me because he's a retail store manager. I used to be a manager up the street on Camelback and wouldn't dream of treating someone with such disrespect. Thanks, but no thanks.
