  • We bought a house with a unit installed by Andersen. We started having issues in year 2. Andersen kept coming out - told us all is normal. Then a few weeks ago (5 year old house) - "have to replace evaporator coil - $2,000" In all their visits they never gave any explanation or details, couldn't get out of here fast enough. The customer service was awful every time, they never followed though on any promise... So we called Air-O-Seasons! They were more helpful in 5 minutes then Andersen was in 5 years. The assistant, Suzette, was so nice and kept calling/emailing to make sure we were informed on status. She was wonderful! The technicians came out for free to take a look. The two technicians who came out were courteous and explained every detail to us. They explained how Andersen's install was flawed and walked us through every step of the problem and the fix (under $200). Made total sense to us A/C dumb-dumbs. They were clean and courteous. Wonderful experience.
