  • Had a visit from DJ on March 4th to discuss the various projects in our home. Nice guy. Seemed interested in the work. But I'm scratching my head as to why 20 days and one follow up phone call from me to him later I've still not received his estimate. DJ, if you don't want our project please just say so. Or at least reach out to me that you're behind and when you'll get it to me. No communication from you is not cool. Reply to Bob Jenkins: I did not initially contact DJ through Yelp. I called directly and set an appointment by phone. DJ came to my home on March 4th. Today is March 25th and still no estimate from DJ. I reached out to him last week and he didn't even seem to remember me. In 21 days he has not called, texted or emailed me. Which IMO is too long. I will not be emailing DJ as you requested. If he is this unresponsive over a quote I'd hate to see how things would go in the middle of my project. I'm moving on.
