  • I was in the market for a grand piano and had shopped at numerous piano stores in the Phoenix valley. I passed by numerous pianos due to the piano's touch/sound or price. I was referred to Unique Pianos by a professional musician and ended up being helped by Phil at the store. He was very non-pressure, educational, and overall easy to deal with. I found a piano that was far below the price I expected to pay for such an instrument. Phil includes the setup and a free tuning schedule which cemented the deal. If in doubt of visiting this store due to any lesser rated posts, believe me and do yourself a favor, give Unique Pianos a try!
