BS customer service.
Been with them for 5 years. At first it was ok. Then there were some firmware updates a few months ago and ever since call quality dropped. We now want to cancel and have been calling their customer service department for a week without being able to speak with a human being.
They're obviously avoiding us.
Unable to speak to anyone about canceling.
A formal CRTC complaint has been made, and am waiting on them to call me.
Beware consumers. You will not enjoy your experience with them. Just move along.
Update: immediately after the CRTC complaint was made, they got back to us and we were finally successful in canceling.
