  • I really dislike writing bad reviews, but it was a horrific experience. From the start of walking in, I stood at the front counter for 6 minutes before anyone even greeted me. (keep in mind two employees walked passed during the timeframe) Once someone finally greeted me, the employee asks "what do I need done today", and I explained a basic synthetic oil change. He then asks me to take a seat and 15 minutes later he comes back to tell me it's going to be 54.00 for an oil change. This guy honestly thought he was going to get over on me wow. The key note is I've taken that Car to another location for 2 years, and it's always been 30.00. It was a complete waist of my time and energy.
