  • Brought my sister who had just came back from deployment to this place for a new look and service was HORRIBLE!!! we had asked the owner for some prices or military discount and she gave us a decent price. The price was for bleach, hair color and trim along with styling it at the end. She was booked for the day so she called another stylist to come in to do the work. She told us that this stylist was going to do an awesome job. We waited an hour for him to arrive and didn't acknowledge us in a nice way smh. He looked miserable and not happy about our requests as far as how my sister wanted the look. He looked at my sisters long hair and just made this nasty look like if he didn't want to deal with her long hair. At the end he ended up doing it NOT the way she wanted it and he only trimmed her ends and was charging $230!!!! For something that was really bad!!! There were some lines of the crease of the foil where he was folding when he was bleaching it!!!! HORRIBLE!! It made us very upset!! Is this how you treat a soldier who puts their lives at risk for this country full of people like this who don't even care or thank them for their service!! never again going back or even recommend it.
