  • I went there to buy a cup of coffee at Starbucks and a pack of cigarette. After ordering my coffee, I went to customer service counter to get my cigarettes(that's where they keep cigarettes). There was a customer before me who wanted to get some cash. An employee there, named Debbie, was taking care of the customer and also taking care of self check out lanes. She seemed she messed somtehing up on cash register. I had to wait in line for 10minutes. After the customer, she asked, "what do you need?" Really? No apologize??? She told her co worker to take care of me and ran to self check out. I understand she's busy, but the way she talked me with an attitude made me so angry. I will NEVER go to this Vons again because of her, Debbie. I don't wanna pay more money for bad customer service. This location is absolutely the WORST VONS in Las Vegas. One star is too much!!! Vons managers, do you even train your employees at all?? Walmart employees are way better than your employees!!!
