| - The reviews here are a bit harsh, maybe it's because I'm not super sensitive and because I measure my expectations by the money I spend? However...
*CONS*
Customer service : I had every request of mine fulfilled, but with strain. The key cards were deactivated randomly (so I had to walk all the way back to the main lobby to get another one and I was in the extra hotel building behind the main one which was rather inconvenient), and our toilet got clogged and the plumber took an hour to finally arrive and fix it, so that was annoying.
The air conditioner started leaking water onto the carpet, yuck. It takes a while to cool the room down and is placed over the closet which makes no sense but nonetheless when it cools the room down it sure is refreshing to walk through the door in this hot Nevada weather.
The windows don't have any screens or locks so if you are staying on the first floor you better have some protection on you if you're paranoid about a creeper trying to get into your hotel room.
The breakfast was terrible you can toast your own pancakes or waffles and they also offer cereal dispensers and Dollar store bread and this very strange rice combination that has this weird sliced up cactus marinating in sweet-and-sour sauce.
The TVs have teleported from the 90s back into our life here at this hotel, but what the hell are you doing in Las Vegas watching TV anyway?
*PROS*
The bed was clean and comfortable, the room overall was very clean and the curtains are very fine so they keep all of the light out for those early-morning hangovers.
You pay like $50 for a hotel room that has a rather effective jacuzzi bathtub, bathroom, king size bed, fridge, sink, microwave, kitchen bar stools, plenty of storage, remote control AC, it even has a little living room with free cable and a good amount of channels (minus the bedroom TV only having eight channels which was kind of odd)
Parking is readily available.
There is free shuttle service to anywhere on the strip before 10 PM.
The location is 0.5 mile from the strip and there is a few convenient shopping centers a block away that has a Target, Tj Maxx, 99cent store, etc.
*OVERALL*
If you want a cheap and comfortable place to stay while you're out ENJOYING THE CITY, come here. If you want to brag to your friends about how fancy your hotel room was while you were in Las Vegas I would not suggest coming here. In the end I do not plan on staying here again but I've seen and experienced much worse.
