Just stood in line 10 minutes waiting to have valentine's day dinner with my fiance. We weren't acknowledged until an older man, can't even call him a gentleman, approached the increasing line to finally attempt to seat people. He asked me if I had a reservation? I replied calmly do I need a reservation to be seated (as obviously it was busy due to V Day). He says, I asked you a question, do you have a reservation? So I answered, if I had one, I would've said yes. Then he asks me if I'm having a bad day? I say, I was fine until being ignored for 10 minutes without even a hello. He says, can you not see how busy we are? I have never been spoken to so rudely to as a customer. We left immediately. This was my second trip here, the first being about a year ago for lunch where we discovered the service isn't efficient enough to get you in and out in an hour. Will NEVER go back.
