  • Very unfriendly front desk receptionist. I was referred here for some X-rays on my back. I walked in and handed the paperwork to the receptionist She immediately handed it back to me as stated we don't take workers comp claims for x-rays. I asked if there was any way they could call the dr who referred me to which she stated no, we don't take workers comp unless it was for an MRI or something bigger, translation....you're not worth our time unless we were getting paid more. Now I completely understand not being set up to accept workers comp but when I called the referring dr to let them know about the confusion she asked to speak to the receptionist and she wouldn't even take the phone. The reason for the review is not that they wouldn't take a workers comp claim it's for the un-friendliness borderline rude attitude from the front desk. I was then referred to Simon Med by my provider, which was at least twice as busy as this place when I walked in, however the receptionist was friendly in asking if I could wait a minute while she filed some paperwork that she was behind on and then politely let me know they had about 6 people ahead of me and my wait would be over an hour. I could wait or try back another day, I opted for the latter which was completely ok because of her demeanor.
