  • Six weeks, three phone calls, and a fruitless personal visit were necessary to get a pair of glasses out of this store. Staff gives you a different--sometimes downright silly--story when you attempt to do their job and track down the glasses you paid for. Unless you enjoy delays, frustration, and poor service, take your business elsewhere.
