  • Was going to gave them fix a blend door actuator located behind the passenger dash. They were going to charge me $480 for 3 hours of work and a $90 part. It took the mechanic 45 minutes to reach actuator. This is a 2 hour job, not 3 and I found the part I needed online (OEM) for $30. When I got my truck back, the dashboard was not put back together properly and the mechanic lost a bolt for the entertainment system. Im glad I pulled my truck out when I did. These guys charge $120 an hour which is insane for the low quality work. They lied to me about the cost of the part and I was grossly overcharged.
